Always read labels, warnings, and directions provided with the product before using it. 4.4 The user releases the Company from any liability regarding inaccuracies or discrepancies in product descriptions, including images and specifications presented on the sales pages. 4.5 Product Branding & Packaging Discrepancy: The user acknowledges and explicitly agrees that the physical product, bottle, and/or packaging delivered may not bear the "Revive" logo, trademark, or specific branded design shown in advertisements or promotional materials on the Site. The absence of the Revive logo or branding on the received product does not constitute a defect, an incorrect item delivery, or misrepresentation, and shall not be accepted as grounds for a refund, return, or dispute.
5. ORDERING & PROCESSING 5.1 When ordering, the user must provide accurate and complete information (full name, shipping address, email). 5.2 Providing false personal information during the purchase process is illegal. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer will be billed directly to the customer. 5.3 A final confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of placing the order. 5.4 If a product is out of stock or cannot be supplied, you will be offered a substitute product or a cancellation of the transaction. 5.5 Order processing utilizes advanced PCI-compliant security. The Company does not store customer credit card details on its servers. 5.6 Upon placing an order, the user is automatically subscribed to our email marketing list to receive order updates, tracking, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in the emails.
6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS 6.1 To request a return or cancellation, you must contact us exclusively via email at: support@try-revive.com 6.2 Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our customer support team. Once the package is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 6.3 Return Shipping Costs: The customer is strictly responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 6.4 Revive reserves the right to charge restocking fees or deny returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer. 6.5 Refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear on your payment method, depending on your financial institution.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE 7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any clerical errors in the specifications of the products. 7.2 The liability for all products lies solely with the manufacturers and suppliers. 7.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, carrier strikes, customs delays, or systemic computer failures. 7.4 Purchasing through the Site does not and will not constitute a contract for the benefit of any third party.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 8.1 Shipping times are estimated at 8-16 business days from the moment the order is dispatched. 8.2 In some cases, unexpected delays may occur due to local postal services or international shipping carriers. Delays may extend up to 30 business days. 8.3 If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. 8.4 Business days do not include weekends or federal public holidays. 8.5 Any promotional "free gifts" offered on the Site are exclusively applicable to specific bundle purchases. Any system error showing a free gift on a non-qualifying order will not be honored.
